Jen O’Brien, MSN, CRNA

Jen O’Brien, CRNA, has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist since 2012 and transitioned into aesthetic medicine full-time in 2021. She founded Relevé Medical Aesthetics in Southern New Hampshire with a clear mission: to provide safe, natural, and effective treatments that help women feel confident, empowered, and at ease in their own skin. She offers a boutique practice specializing in natural, safe, and effective treatments including Botox, dermal fillers, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), CO₂ laser resurfacing, chemical peels, and medically supervised weight loss with GLP-1 peptides.

For Jen, aesthetics isn’t about vanity—it’s about removing the obstacles that keep women from fully shining their unique light in the world. When you’re not preoccupied with lines, wrinkles, or changes in your skin, you can focus more fully on showing up with confidence, joy, and authenticity.

Being a mom to two school-aged daughters deeply shapes Jen’s approach. Her girls keep her grounded in what is truly healthy for the whole person, reminding her that beauty and confidence are about balance, resilience, and living fully. This perspective infuses her practice, where she prioritizes patient safety, education, and results that look natural—not overdone.

Outside the clinic, Jen is happiest skiing down New England slopes, mountain biking on local trails, or curled up with a book (lately, a mix of romantasy, historical fiction, and nonfiction). Patients often find that same mix of energy, curiosity, and warmth in her practice—a place where they feel heard, supported, and celebrated.

Kate keeps everything running smoothly at Relevé as our practice manager, from scheduling and patient check-ins to answering texts personally. With a background in healthcare and a degree from NHTI, she brings both professionalism and compassion to her role as practice manager. She’s often the first smiling face you’ll see when you walk through the door, welcoming you warmly (and offering you something to drink) before your appointment.

Kate is known for her calm, inviting presence. She manages all of Relevé’s patient outreach, from thoughtful check-in messages after treatments to helping schedule follow-up visits at just the right intervals. What she enjoys most is the chance to truly connect; catching up with patients, hearing their stories, and making them feel comfortable and cared for from the very first visit.

Outside the clinic, Kate lives in Manchester with her husband and their lab mix, Tucker. She’s also Jen’s sister-in-law, making Relevé a true family-centered practice. When she’s not welcoming patients, you’ll probably find her curled up with a good book (check out her BookTok account!) or enjoying time with her family.
